Campus Community Dinners
Monday Night Meals
Hungry for a good meal? Hungry for a supportive place and community. Join us on Monday Nights for a free meal and some community. The meal is hosted at 6 pm every Monday night during the semester.
Occasionally, additional programming from offices across campus, resource tables, or board-game opportunities may follow the meal. Follow us on social media for more information about our menu and weekly activities.
Every member of our campus community is welcome regardless of race, class, sexuality, gender identity, ability, political affiliation, religious background, or beliefs.
Location: Smith ACM Center, Room 214
Time: Mondays at 6 pm
Thursday Night Family Dinner
Each Thursday Night during the Semester, we gather for dinner upstairs in room #214 of the Smith Campus Ministries center for a home-cooked meal, time together, and an activity or event following the meal. Eating a shared meal together is essential to building community, learning each other’s stories, and developing relationships with Spartans from diverse backgrounds.
Meals are prepared by a combination of staff and volunteers who spend several hours preparing each Thursday.
Following dinner, each week is a fun event that ranges from Board Games to Karaoke. If you are looking to relax, make new friends, or connect, it is a great opportunity to have fun in the midst of a busy week.
Volunteer
Want to learn new recipes and how to perpare meals for 50-100 people? Volunteer slots are availble each week for cooking and for clean up following the meal.
Everyone belongs here.
